  • Provide in-home education on fall prevention strategies tailored for older adults and those with chronic conditions such as diabetes.

Reassessments or adjustments to recommendations to maintain optimal home safety.

Payment is due at the time of service, and clients are required to
maintain an active credit card on file. We accept all major credit cards
and payments from Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health
Savings Accounts (HAS).
