About WelldoM
Meet Keisha –
Expert in Diabetes Care &
Home Safety

Founder of Welldom
Hi, I’m Keisha! As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Occupational Therapist with over 23 years in healthcare, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the current healthcare system often focuses on reacting to problems instead of preventing them. This has inspired my passion for a proactive, personalized approach that prioritizes education and prevention.
My career has been dedicated to aging, caregiving, and diabetes self-management. Caring for my grandparents and working closely with clients has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face. I promise to tell it like it is—not just what you want to hear—because honesty, patience, and creative solutions are at the heart of my approach. And yes, we’ll have fun along the way!
Driven by this passion, I founded Welldom to bridge the gap in traditional care. By combining my love for occupational therapy and diabetes education, I bring services directly to your home and community, making care accessible and personal.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, enjoying great food, and creating joyful moments with my family and friends. I can’t wait to connect with you and support your journey to better health and well-being!

OUR sTORY
Welldom's History
In 2019, colleagues Jennifer Judah, Physical Therapist, and Keisha Lewis Founded Welldom, LLC, an Aging in Place consultancy, providing home safety assessments to the local community in Northern, Virginia. In 2023, after a series of life-changing events, Founder Keisha Lewis decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC, and Jennifer and Keisha parted ways on the best of terms. In July 2023, Welldom was incorporated as a Limited Liability Corporation in North Carolina, focusing on mobile occupational therapy services, diabetes, coaching, and home safety. In January of 2024, Keisha relocated to Matthews, NC, and began the work of Welldom. Keisha soon realized her true passion- providing community-based diabetes education in order to reach the masses.
