Diabetes Coaching

Welldom does not accept insurance for diabetes coaching services. Payment is due at the time of service and clients are required to maintain an active credit card on file. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Flexible Saving Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HAS) payment.

Home Safety Assessments

Welldom is currently registered with Medicare Part B as an outpatient service provider. We are required to bill Medicare for skilled and medically necessary services. Medicare Part B may cover the cost if you have a physician order and a home safety assessment is deemed medically necessary.

If services are not medically necessary, you can pay privately for them. We accept all major credit cards for services.

Diabetes Coaching visits are virtual. Home Safety Assessments and community and Employer Wellness workshops are available in person in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding Counties unless travel has been arranged.

Welldom will provide you with a link to a secure platform for the video visit. The only thing you need is a cell phone, tablet, or computer that can connect to the Internet.

We offer one-on-one services in the comfort of your home. We tailor education to what you want and need. Insurance requirements do not bind us, so we do things on our terms while ensuring you receive the best care!
